Besides, Ashneer’s comment on the brand name felt like a Chinese TV brand starting the grill. But, Angad Talwar, the founder, welcomed the criticism with open arms and said that they are willing to change anything that would make things work. Talking about the Shark Namita – she found the sunscreen a bit sticky and thus, she was out right away. On the other hand, Vineeta was concerned about the valuation but liked the product overall. 

Overall, they got a good response from the Sharks and had multiple offers on the table, which have been mentioned below. 

  • Vineeta Singh: 20L for 20% + 30L Debt at 12.5% interest
  • Anupam: 50L for 20% equity 
  • Ashneer: 75L for 33.33% equity (More than they came asking for) 

They further had some new offers – Anupam was ready to come in with Vineeta at 25% equity, thus giving founders the expertise of two Sharks. Besides, Ashneer gave a solo offer of 75L for 25%. The founders tried countering at 20% with Anupam and Vineeta but eventually accepted the combined offer of Anupam and Vineeta at 50L for 25%.
